The Global Campus Alumni
Mentoring Programme

The GCA Mentoring Programme brings alumni together to share skills, spark ideas, and shape professional futures in human rights.

How the programme works:

  • First, the mentees and mentors register their interest and fill in information regarding their objectives and what they seek.
  • After completing the registrations, the GCA team reaches out and organizes a group meeting of mentees, and a group meeting of mentors, to connect and exchange perspectives.
  • The GCA team develops a sheet containing the overall information of the mentors and their contact information, and shares it with all the mentees. This is the selection phase.
  • Each mentee can write to up to 3 mentors, and once a mentor agrees to mentor them, they reach out to the GCA team.
  • The mentoring relationship can be finalized using a mentoring agreement, and the mentees conduct regular meetings with the mentors. We also organize group meetings to check in.
  • At the end of the programme, the participants receive a certificate of completion. The programme is free of charge.

Please note: Everyone can sign up to take part as mentor, and only alumni of one of the Global Campus of Human Rights’ 8 programmes can be mentees.

Further Information

Read the FAQ & Guideline section to discover what the Mentoring Programme is all about.

Please note that:

  • The matching will depend on the number of available mentors and mentees in this registration round. A mentor may be matched with more than one mentee due to participant imbalance.
  • The Mentoring Track does not secure employment. Please do not expect job offers or professional engagements. This programme is designed to connect GC alumni and support each other’s personal and professional development.
  • The GCA does not provide a mentorship service directly, but facilitates connections and knowledge-sharing among alumni.
